• Direct and implement resident and patient plans of care

• assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• prepare equipment, apply or change dressings, monitor patients, and administer medications and injections
• maintain records
• oversee clinical operations and administrative tasks
• guide LPNs and CNAs
• assist with admissions and discharges.
