What you'll do

• Own day-to-day social content strategy and execution for FloBikes
• plan content around live programming and storylines to drive viewership and subscriptions
• identify narratives before major events
• cover live events in real time by clipping broadcasts and publishing across social platforms
• turn replays into highlights, short-form clips, compilations, and athlete-focused content
• manage FloBikes social channels and publishing decisions
• use performance data and audience insights to refine strategy
• identify social and video monetization opportunities while prioritizing audience growth and subscriptions
• coordinate freelancers and contributors as needed
• collaborate with marketing, design, production, rights, and sales teams
• support priority events across other FloSports verticals
• maintain editorial accuracy and quality.
