Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator role is onsite in Worthington, MN. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour. Champion Homes builds manufactured and modular housing and related factory-built solutions. The coordinator supports the Sales Manager and sales staff with daily department operations, customer orders, marketing materials, meetings, correspondence, and accounts-receivable follow-up. This work helps the sales department serve dealers and customers and keep its programs and information current.

What you'll do

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers
• take customer orders or change orders when sales staff are unavailable
• compile information for the quarterly newsletter
• update home photographs, options, and website model information
• send schematics to retailers
• arrange meetings
• prepare correspondence
• check past-due accounts receivable and report issues.
