What you'll do

• Make emergency notifications as required by site post orders
• direct and instruct subordinates
• cross-train officers
• recommend productivity and cost improvements, security surveys, post orders, and personnel actions
• oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• manage overtime
• inspect officer performance for service quality and contract compliance
• support payroll and incident report review.
