The Concierge role is onsite in Kenmore, WA, with compensation of $20 per hour. Kenmore Senior Living’s concierge helps residents and families navigate the senior living community. The role provides a welcoming first point of contact, responds to requests and concerns, and coordinates information, reservations, events, excursions, and transportation to support a positive resident and family experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome residents and families
• respond to requests and provide information and personalized assistance
• recommend nearby venues and businesses
• arrange events, excursions, and transportation upon request
• answer calls, make reservations, distribute messages and mail, redirect calls, and address complaints.
