The CDL Truck Driver — Construction Hauling role is onsite in Moorhead, MN, with compensation of $28–$30 per hour depending on experience. Northwest Excavating hires drivers in the Moorhead area to support active construction projects. The role exists to move gravel, aggregate, construction materials, and equipment safely and efficiently between job sites. Drivers operate tandem, semi, end-dump, and side-dump trucks, complete vehicle inspections, follow DOT requirements, and communicate with supervisors and job-site personnel.

What you'll do

• Operate tandem and semi trucks, including end-dump and side-dump units
• haul gravel, aggregate, and construction materials to and from job sites
• transport construction equipment between project locations as needed
• perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• follow DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• communicate with supervisors and job-site personnel
• report mechanical issues or safety concerns
• maintain clean and safe equipment operation standards.
