What you'll do

  • verify insurance eligibility and assist with prior authorization
  • coordinate referrals
  • maintain waitlists and outreach records
  • answer calls and greet visitors
  • coordinate across clinical, medical, billing, and administrative teams
  • support reporting, audits, and compliance tracking
  • maintain electronic health records
  • and protect client confidentiality.
