The Electrical Multi-Craft Technician role is onsite in Spartanburg, SC. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. Openwork is recruiting for a hands-on industrial maintenance position focused on keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. The technician troubleshoots and repairs electrical and mechanical equipment, performs preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, and works with other maintenance technicians to support equipment reliability. Two shifts are available: second shift, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday–Friday with overtime and weekends as required; or third shift, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM on four 10-hour nights, with rotating Sundays off.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment
• install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and facility equipment
• perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• troubleshoot controls, motors, drives, PLCs, and mechanical systems
• collaborate with maintenance technicians on equipment reliability and safe operations.
