Member Services Associate

The role also coordinates with internal teams to resolve account and payment issues and maintain accurate member records.

What you'll do

• Respond to member inquiries by phone, email, and mail
• process membership orders and updates
• use ticketing and CRM databases
• coordinate payment research and corrections
• communicate membership benefits and museum information
• prepare gift membership packets
• track and report service activity
• support membership events and systems.
