What you'll do

• Drive service and retail sales, Wax Passes, future bookings, center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics
• analyze results and build local partnerships and marketing initiatives. Coach associates, resolve escalated guest concerns, recruit and develop staff, manage schedules and labor targets, oversee timekeeping, payroll and deposits, maintain compliance, manage inventory and payment processes, and keep the center organized and ready to operate.
