What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day motorcycle service and parts operations
• manage technician workflow, repair order status, parts availability, and customer communication
• ensure repair orders are accurate and meet dealership and manufacturer standards
• assist with parts ordering, inventory, special orders, warranty parts, and backorder tracking
• communicate with customers about service needs and timelines
• support warranty repairs and documentation
• monitor productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• support and train team members
• maintain a safe, clean, organized department.
