What you'll do

• Respond to employee questions and concerns
• support interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements
• assist with grievance investigations and disciplinary processes
• coordinate onboarding, status changes, and offboarding
• maintain confidential personnel files and HRIS data
• support timekeeping, payroll inquiries, benefits, leave, reporting, and audits
• support employment-law compliance, I-9 documentation, postings, and training records
• coordinate recruitment and orientation
• assist with engagement, recognition, retention, and employee development.
