The Co-Manager — Citadel role is onsite in Commerce, CA, and is full-time. Pay is $28–$31 per hour. The role supports True Religion’s store performance, customer experience, and brand standards at the Citadel location. Working with the Store Manager, the co-manager leads sales-floor operations, coaches associates, and supports staffing, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention. The role helps drive store results and assumes increased ownership of store performance and team leadership when covering for the Store Manager.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, payroll, shrink, and profitability
• lead shifts as Manager on Duty
• train, coach, and provide feedback to associates
• support staffing, scheduling, and workload planning
• address issues and protect company assets with Loss Prevention
• support recruiting, onboarding, and retention
• model customer service
• execute policies and payroll controls
• uphold visual merchandising and inventory standards.
