Recovery Coach

What you'll do

• Provide individualized support, education, and advocacy to clients and families
• help clients locate recovery resources
• support transitions to work, school, or home
• educate families about communication, boundaries, and self-care
• schedule and document random toxicology screenings
• develop and monitor wellness plans
• refer clients to clinical, medical, legal, or social services
• monitor progress
• maintain EMR documentation
• collaborate with clinical, alumni, and recovery teams.
