What you'll do

• Mentor and supervise Program Managers and clinical staff
• oversee clinical programming and ABA service delivery
• manage a low individual caseload
• conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• monitor client progress and clinical data
• support case development and treatment integrity
• lead staff training
• collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable requirements.
