Regional Clinical Director

The Regional Clinical Director role is onsite in Reno, NV, and includes in-home and community-based programming across an assigned region. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour. The position supports GOALS for Autism’s clinical services for clients with autism and related developmental disabilities. The director provides behavioral intervention and clinical oversight while leading clinicians and monitoring program quality, documentation, billing, and staffing. This work helps ensure individualized services are supervised, effective, and aligned with client progress and applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Supervise individualized programs for clients ages 14 months and older in natural settings
• maintain at least 95 billable case hours monthly
• conduct or supervise assessments and community visits
• review progress reports and update programs
• monitor cancellations, service utilization, and RBT supervision
• audit mid-level staff billing and documentation
• coordinate with clinical, operations, administrative, recruiting, and scheduling teams
• support quality and insurance audits
• provide staff coaching and training
• attend required reviews and trainings.
