What you'll do

• Manage daily food-service operations
• recruit, train, schedule, coach, and supervise staff
• monitor budgets and revenue-generating services
• plan menus and therapeutic diets
• inspect meals
• oversee food preparation and service
• maintain food safety and sanitation practices
• process diet orders and changes
• update diet cards
• complete assigned MDS sections
• and coordinate nutrition assessments and care plans with the registered dietitian and interdisciplinary team.
