Home Health Aide Preceptor — Home Care

Job overview

The Home Health Aide Preceptor role is onsite in Greensburg, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and participation in an on-call rotation. Pay is $18 per hour. The role supports Redstone@Home Home Care and Redstone’s mission of caring for residents and clients with respect and dignity. The preceptor helps orient, train, and educate home care staff while also providing HHA/PCA shift coverage within assigned care plans. The role coordinates schedules and records, supports office functions, and helps maintain accurate client and employee information.

What you'll do

• Participate in orientation, on-the-job training, in-service education, and continuing education for home care staff
• provide HHA/PCA shift coverage within care plans
• assist with office functions as assigned
• coordinate schedule and billing information
• maintain staff and client records in the computer system
• prepare orientation materials
• schedule client visits and assign billing codes
• distribute itineraries and respond to schedule-related calls
• run reports and assist with data accuracy and payroll verification
• participate in Home Care on-call rotations.
