SpringPath Independent Living Skills Overnights (Awake) - IRTS. This is an onsite position in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is not specified. Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care. The Overnight Coach works as part of an Intensive Residential Treatment Services team, providing care, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals experiencing significant mental health/psychiatric symptoms and functional impairments. This is an awake position.

What you'll do

• Provide assistance to person(s) served to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being. Interact frequently and positively with person(s) served and support staff. Assist Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners with requested needs. Follow agency procedures for health care, safety, and behavioral supports. Perform administrative duties. Oversee meal preparation in the morning. Perform cleaning tasks, including preparing a room for new admissions. Provide transportation for people served. Provide group and individual services for clients. Teach clients independent living skills. Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships. Provide financial management for program operations. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Administer and monitor medication. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• provide overnight duties from cleaning checklist. Adhere to maintaining a therapeutic environment and crisis prevention. Develop and participate in recreational activities, as conducive to schedule. Complete all documentation.

What we're looking for

Education

GED or High School Diploma

Experience

GED or High School Diploma with 2,000 supervised hours in the delivery of services to adults with serious mental illness.
