What you'll do

• Facilitate group activities for participants ages 6–17 with varied abilities
• collaborate with the Youth Program Coordinator on program structure
• follow daily plans for games, climbing technique, icebreakers, and schedules
• maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• guide children and parents on gym etiquette
• set up games and support daily operations
• clean and break down equipment and activity spaces
• teach climbing technique, equipment use, gym rules, and safety
• communicate with instructors, parents, guardians, and the coordinator.
