What you'll do

• Manage Enterprise Architecture intake in ServiceNow
• review requests for completeness
• route requests to architects based on domain, priority, workload, and business need
• track backlog, actions, owners, due dates, risks, and outstanding requests
• follow up with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• support weekly work reviews
• identify bottlenecks and escalate issues
• maintain architecture artifacts in LeanIX and process materials in SharePoint
• provide status updates and support intake metrics and process improvement.
