What you'll do

• Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• maintain confidential investigation files
• assist with corrective actions and policy interpretation
• support HR compliance reporting, audits, records, HRIS data, and onboarding
• administer training and safety software
• maintain OSHA records and safety documentation
• prepare safety metrics
• coordinate safety meetings, testing, workers’ compensation, and incident administration
• maintain safety data sheets
• assist with subcontractor prequalification and job hazard analyses
• support HR and Safety projects and process improvements.

Why this role
