Dietary Aide

This role helps provide scheduled meals and snacks by assisting with meal preparation and service, setting dining rooms, stocking supplies, and completing assigned cleaning. The work supports residents’ dining needs while following department procedures and applicable long-term-care regulations.

What you'll do

• Use dietary utensils, supplies, and equipment as assigned
• meet scheduled meal and snack times
• assist the cook with meal preparation and service
• follow long-term-care regulations and Dietary Department procedures
• complete scheduled cleaning
• set dining rooms, serve meals, stock pantry and cupboards, and attend in-service programs.
