Functional Family Therapy and Family Check-Up Provider

Job overview

The Functional Family Therapy and Family Check-Up Provider role is onsite, providing home- and community-based services in Fairfax and surrounding listed areas, including Stafford and Prince William. Compensation is $600 per family case per month, with up to 12 cases. The provider supports Life Push’s work with youth and families. The provider delivers evidence-based, strength-focused interventions to improve family relationships, communication, parenting practices, and youth outcomes. The role builds engagement with families, connects them to community resources, and coordinates with agency staff and partners.

What you'll do

• Attend required training, consultation, and supervision for FFT and FCU delivery
• provide home- and community-based services
• implement the models using motivational interviewing, family systems principles, and parent skills training
• build relationships with youth and caregivers
• collaborate with agency staff, case managers, and community partners
• connect families to resources and follow-up services
• attend required supervision and meetings.
