Ice Production Assistant

Job overview

The Ice Production Assistant role is onsite in the 80010 area of Colorado. Compensation is $20 per hour. The position supports Sweet Cow’s production of ice cream for its shops, MooMobiles, and customers. The assistant prepares ingredients and ice cream products, follows production plans and quality standards, and maintains equipment and workspaces. The role contributes to reliable, safe production and timely product support for Sweet Cow locations and customers.

What you'll do

• Prepare ice cream ingredients, cakes, and ice cream sammies according to recipes and standards
• execute daily production plans and ingredient preparation
• monitor product quality and temperatures
• clean and maintain equipment, tools, and workspaces
• follow sanitation and safety procedures
• help prepare the factory for each shift
• communicate needs and issues to the General Manager
• support shops and MooMobiles with accurate, timely production
• use customer and shop feedback to improve products and processes.

Why this role

Daytime availability is requested; nights, weekends, and holidays may be needed. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Some English is preferred but not required; previous service-industry or production experience is preferred.
