What you'll do

• Complete service requests and post notices
• perform common maintenance on gates, lights, doors, windows, laundry facilities, pools, and appliances
• notify senior technicians about needed supplies or parts
• clean and paint areas
• maintain professional relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
• keep shops and tools orderly and safe
• be available for on-call work as needed.
