What you'll do

• Oversee medication distribution and pharmacy operations
• counsel patients and answer healthcare professionals’ questions
• conduct medication reconciliation and comprehensive medication reviews
• identify adherence barriers and develop improvement plans
• comply with drug laws
• maintain controlled-substance and 340B inventory records
• supervise support personnel
• and train pharmacy staff, students, interns, residents, and healthcare professionals.
