What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors, verify required information and admit patients for scheduled procedures
• collect copays, balances and other required payments
• maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
• answer calls, route messages and respond to patient inquiries
• assist with insurance documentation and administrative tasks
• prepare the front office at opening and secure it at closing
• commute between the Granger and Elkhart centers.
