What you'll do

• Communicate with prospective residents by phone, meetings, email, and mail
• explain new construction and community benefits
• maintain interest lists and prospect relationships
• guide prospects through admission packet meetings and interior selections
• participate in trade shows and expos
• support public relations and marketing events
• discuss financial processes, applications, pricing, and approval results
• maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads.
