What you'll do

• Manage complex key accounts and maintain customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and communication
• research market opportunities and prospect commercial accounts
• grow the customer base and market share
• identify inventory gaps and recommend OEM or aftermarket products and services
• assist with onboarding and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 specialists
• collaborate with warehouse, delivery, and leadership teams
• support customer experience improvements.
