What you'll do

• Own platform strategy and roadmap
• set architecture standards and guardrails
• lead AWS platform architecture and infrastructure-as-code practices
• guide CI/CD, automation, and platform operations
• establish reliability and observability measures
• lead major incident response
• embed security and compliance
• develop the platform engineering organization and coordinate with global teams.
