What you'll do

• Manage corporate credit-card transactions, documentation, and reconciliations
• review employee expense reports for accuracy, coding, documentation, and policy compliance
• resolve discrepancies
• process accounts-payable invoices and payments
• maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
• reconcile vendor statements
• assist with month-end close and audits
• maintain accounting records across operating companies
• identify process and internal-control improvements.
