The Psychotherapist Intern — Outpatient Clinic role is based in Winter Garden, FL, with an onsite clinic and an option to work 50% by telemedicine from the beginning of employment. The role contributes to individualized care by coordinating with multidisciplinary providers, educating patients and families, documenting services, and maintaining professional knowledge.

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions
• deliver psychotherapy and counseling in different modalities
• collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
• provide psychoeducation to patients and families
• document services in accordance with company policies
• pursue continuing education and professional development.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy, and an active Florida intern license or progress toward one. Outpatient experience is preferred. Work hours are chosen by the independent contractor; offices are open Monday–Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments, with telemedicine availability Friday–Sunday.
