• Own the job seeker profile and application flow and related KPIs
• align cross-functional partners on a shared roadmap
• improve profile completeness and accuracy
• identify and reduce application friction
• partner with employer-side teams on application quality and delivery
• monitor funnel, retention, and profile metrics
• design and evaluate experiments
• conduct job seeker research.
