This role exists to provide one-on-one support to children with autism by implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, ultimately contributing to the child's development and family well-being.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
• Maintain physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and moving in various positions.
• Obtain RBT certification.
