The Certified Behavior Technician, Clinic role is onsite in Renton, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. The role supports SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, a clinically led organization providing individualized, evidence-based care. The technician provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis services for youth with developmental disabilities, implementing treatment goals under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision. The work supports clients’ communication, self-help, and social skills while tracking progress and sharing feedback with supervisors.

What you'll do

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings
• provide one-to-one therapy
• implement treatment goals under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision
• report progress to supervisors
• teach communication, self-help, and social skills
• track client progress and program data
• protect confidential patient information and follow company policies.
