Triage Nurse — Bilingual Preferred

What you'll do

• Coordinate patient services with medical providers, the Practice Manager, and the Director of Quality
• triage and schedule patients
• handle calls about information, test results, refills, appointments, and prior authorizations
• assist with urgent or emergent situations and referrals
• provide nursing functions within training and licensure as staffing and clinic activity allow
• provide ordered preventive care and treatments
• assess walk-in patients
• use the electronic medical record.
