What you'll do

• Groom dogs to Scenthound standards, including puppy cuts
• lead, guide, and mentor grooming and bathing teams
• teach new groomers Scenthound standards and provide ongoing coaching
• identify where assistance is needed to keep the Scenter on schedule
• help ensure dog and team-member safety
• follow sanitation and cleaning practices
• perform other duties assigned by the Scenter Manager.
