The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with compensation of $120,000 annually. The role reports to the VP of FP&A and supports the Finance & Accounting organization. ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company serving the vehicle lifecycle. This accounting leader oversees close and audit work, provides technical accounting guidance, and helps ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The role also strengthens controls and processes and supports cross-functional decisions and business initiatives.

What you'll do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• partner with Controllers on accounting activities and reconciliations
• advise on complex accounting matters
• support external audits and interim reviews
• research and document U.S. GAAP
• prepare or review consolidated financial statements
• maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• improve close processes and systems
• partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams
• support due diligence and integration activities as needed.
