What you'll do

• Maintain and tune up residential gas furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
• diagnose and repair residential equipment
• service and troubleshoot hydronic boilers
• work on light commercial rooftop units and zoning systems depending on experience
• explain findings to homeowners
• return after-hours calls from the answering service and help resolve minor issues by phone
• identify failing equipment and pass replacement opportunities to the sales team
• and assist with installations when scheduled.
