What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction to the dispensary team and oversee daily operations, performance metrics, customer expectations, merchandising, and staff schedules.
• Monitor supply chain logistics and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, maintain records, coordinate audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, manage training programs, develop and manage the budget, and monitor financial performance indicators.
• Obtain and maintain an active Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division badge.
