Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician

The Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Spokane, WA, and pays $19–$25 per hour. The technician joins the Residential Service team at R&R Heating & Air Conditioning, a local family-owned business serving its community for over 40 years. Working alongside experienced technicians, the role develops hands-on trade skills while diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing maintenance, communicating findings to customers, and documenting work. It supports safe, reliable service and customer care while building a path toward a long-term HVAC career.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
• communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers
• comply with local codes and safety standards
• maintain records of work, parts, and time
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
