What you'll do

• Direct, schedule, and guide maintenance mechanics and technicians across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and industrial-electric specialties
• plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance
• track work digitally
• coach staff and conduct performance reviews
• construct, rebuild, and repair equipment to specifications and cost estimates
• advise on safety compliance
• sustain 5S standards
• oversee equipment purchasing, installation, maintenance, and repair
• estimate labor and materials
• maintain work-order records
• operate light trucks to pick up and deliver materials as needed.
