What you'll do

• Assist customers with inquiries and price quotes
• receive and ship parts orders
• pull and stock parts
• identify part numbers and recommend related items
• use dealer catalogs and inventory systems
• source and order parts, including emergency orders
• track deliveries and advise customers of delays
• maintain a clean, safe work area
• support coworkers and attend training.
