What you'll do

• Prepare and submit claims
• monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims
• resolve denials and payment discrepancies
• route check requests and purchase requisitions
• prepare monthly data and invoice reports
• reconcile invoices
• allocate payments
• maintain billing files
• support HIPAA, payer, and program compliance
• provide administrative support to the Home & Energy program.
