What you'll do
- Set up and operate horizontal or vertical boring mills
- interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- select and install tooling, fixtures, and attachments
- monitor feeds, speeds, and cutting conditions
- inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
- perform basic preventive maintenance
- document production and report quality or equipment issues.
