• Lead daily Service Department operations
• coach and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• monitor performance, productivity, and KPIs
• promote customer service and resolve concerns
• schedule workflow
• coordinate with the Parts Department
• maintain compliance with manufacturer requirements, company policies, and safety standards
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• monitor repair-order quality, warranty administration, and profitability.
