What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide service
• mix and serve traditional and signature cocktails
• maintain the bar and prepare ingredients and garnishes
• process payments and manage assigned cash drawers
• maintain inventory and coordinate supply orders
• follow alcohol-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• verify customer identification and age
• contribute to drink menus with a supervisor
• assist with orienting new employees.
