What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing
• apply risk-based decision-making and follow bank policies to help stop fraud
• provide transaction forms and receipts
• examine checks and qualifying documents
• consult with customers about products and services and make qualified recommendations and referrals
• respond to requests, problems, and complaints or direct customers to appropriate assistance
• route account information to departments
• process stop payments, ATS, SaveUp, and card requests
• explain bank services and policies
• maintain customer information security and confidentiality.
