Process Improvement Analyst, Fleet Operations (Hybrid)

The Process Improvement Analyst role is hybrid, with three days onsite in San Mateo, CA. Compensation is $40–$51.42 per hour. The Process Improvement team within Fleet Operations helps Zoox scale operations while supporting a strong customer experience. The role exists to identify and implement operational improvements as the organization moves from research and development toward commercial operations. It supports process documentation and creation for Fusion Center teams, coordinating with operations, product, and engineering stakeholders to improve workflows and maintain robust playbooks.

What you'll do

• Intake, document, and prioritize process-improvement requests and playbook updates
• coordinate with BaseOps, RemoteOps, Product, and Engineering
• provide biweekly stakeholder updates
• support process documentation for Fleet Operations.
